Do I own a portion of the land or have any rights to the land with this membership?

Answer: No. Members do not own any portion of the land and have no ownership,
leasehold, or other property rights. This is not an ownership program, leasing program,
or timeshare program

If I ever leave the group or stop my membership, do I get any money back?

Answer: No. There are no refunds and no money returned if you stop your membership.
This is a membership program that provides access to the compound on a limited basis
while you remain an active member.

Is this a timeshare?

Answer: No. This is not a timeshare. This is a membership organization that provides
access during normal times and serves as a safety net during emergency situations.

What are the future plans?

Answer: Future plans include acquiring additional land, expanding amenities, adding
more tools, resources, equipment, fencing, and gates, and continuing to improve the
property's long-term sustainability with a strong focus on food production and security.
